In the world of television, the creator’s job comes with a lot of other jobs—sometimes showrunner, sometimes executive producer, and often, writer. This panel gives you an inside look into one of the most nuanced, exciting roles in television production. How does the creator’s role in screenwriting change after the pilot and in subsequent seasons? What are the day-to-day duties of creators, and how common is it for creators to become showrunners?
