Join us for a conversation with this year’s Extraordinary Contribution to Film award recipient: the Academy Award® nominated writer and director John Singleton. Since exploding onto the Hollywood scene in 1991 with Boyz n the Hood, Singleton has gone on to direct films like Poetic Justice, Shaft, and Four Brothers. Most recently he’s entered the world of television with his directing work on Empire.
